Terms and Conditions – JWin Game Pakistan Player Agreement

ℹ Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and JWin Game ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the JWin Game website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and all related services.

JWin Game is operated by its licensed parent entity and provides online gaming and sports betting services to eligible players in Pakistan. By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet on JWin Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1 Eligibility & Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on JWin Game. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. JWin Game is committed to preventing underage gambling and employs both automated age-verification systems and manual review processes to enforce this requirement.

If JWin Game has reason to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the depositing payment method. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

JWin Game's services are made available to players located in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of JWin Game does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. JWin Game does not accept liability for any breach of local laws by players who access the platform from jurisdictions where such access is restricted.

1.3 Registration Requirements

When registering on JWin Game, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You may only register one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• Your registered mobile number must be active and accessible for verification purposes.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

2 Account Rules

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JWin Game login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. JWin Game will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Any activity that occurs on your JWin Game account — including bets placed, withdrawals made, and bonuses claimed — while you are logged in is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact JWin Game support immediately to secure the account.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

JWin Game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal or at any other time JWin Game deems appropriate. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of your registered payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. JWin Game will not charge any fee for the KYC process. The standard review time for submitted documents is 24 to 48 hours.

2.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. JWin Game reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rs 500 per month to inactive accounts after written notice has been provided via the registered contact details. The balance of an inactive account will never fall below zero due to inactivity fees.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

JWin Game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

3.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on JWin Game is Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods and within 30 minutes for bank transfers under normal conditions.
• JWin Game does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges — JWin Game is not responsible for these.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• JWin Game reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it believes to be from a fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised source.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals on JWin Game are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise approved by JWin Game's payments team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes specified by your VIP tier (average 8 minutes at standard tier, 5 minutes at Elite tier).
• JWin Game may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 100,000.
• Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonuses — see Section 4 for details.
• JWin Game does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the receiving payment provider's processing systems.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

JWin Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

JWin Game's welcome bonus matches your first deposit by 100% up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25x the combined deposit and bonus amount, which must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Wagers placed on live casino games, card games, and sports betting count towards the wagering requirement. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement calculation — these are listed on the promotion page.

4.3 VIP Club Cashback

Cashback issued through JWin Game's VIP Club programme is credited as withdrawable balance without any wagering requirement. This is a deliberate policy decision to ensure VIP cashback delivers real value to Pakistani players. VIP cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Monday by 12:00 PKT.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

JWin Game monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonus balances and winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is found. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on opposite sides of the same market to hedge bonus turnover requirements, using automated tools to generate wagers, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.

• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
• JWin Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5 Gameplay & Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on JWin Game are final once confirmed. JWin Game will not reverse or modify a confirmed bet except in cases of clear technical error on the platform's side. If you accidentally place a bet for the wrong amount or on the wrong selection, JWin Game is not able to cancel it after confirmation.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games and betting markets on JWin Game. These limits are displayed at the relevant game or market. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from elevated bet limits as part of their tier benefits — see the VIP Club page for current limits by tier.

5.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction — such as a game disconnecting mid-round or a bet failing to register correctly due to a server error — JWin Game will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with its technical review process. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance in full.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JWin Game and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any activity designed to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in JWin Game's platform.
• Facilitating transactions related to money laundering or financing of criminal activity.

6 Responsible Gaming

JWin Game takes responsible gaming seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we want to ensure it remains that way for every Pakistani player on our platform. We are committed to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity.

6.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your JWin Game account. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 48 hours after a reduction request.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from JWin Game for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time your account is suspended for betting but funds remain accessible for withdrawal.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from JWin Game. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

The JWin Game name, logo, and related branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of JWin Game branding for any purpose — including in social media accounts, advertising materials, or unofficial platform promotions — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

JWin Game's liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the claim. JWin Game does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

JWin Game is not liable for any losses suffered by a player as a direct result of their own gambling decisions. All betting and gaming activities on JWin Game involve an inherent risk of financial loss. Players are responsible for their own betting decisions and should never wager more than they can afford to lose.

JWin Game is not responsible for third-party payment provider delays, technical failures outside of JWin Game's direct control, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-ordered platform shutdowns.

10 Account Termination

10.1 Termination by JWin Game

JWin Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected on the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require the account to be closed.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.

In cases of verified fraud or deliberate breach of these Terms, JWin Game reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the affected account. In cases of suspected rather than confirmed breach, account balances will be held pending investigation and returned if the account is cleared.

10.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your JWin Game account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. JWin Game will process your account closure request within 48 hours of receiving it. Note that closing your account is different from self-exclusion — if you are concerned about problem gambling, please use the self-exclusion option rather than simply closing your account.

11 Amendments to These Terms

JWin Game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email address with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of JWin Game following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using JWin Game and close your account before the changes take effect.
